5-year guarantee will be issued on completion of damp proofing works
10-year guarantee will be issued on completion of waterproofing works with a every two and a half years maintenance service for a small additional cost
- Supervision will be present during the working period.
- All plaster rubble will be removed from site on completion.
- Where needed, items of value will be protected with plastic sheeting.
- All prices quoted will be valid for 30 days.
- Should client not make payment according to the contract for any reason whatsoever, all discount and warranties will be forfeited, and the client shall be liable for full contract prices.
- Alfa waterproofing shall not be liable or obligated to alter structural defects.
